The Company Structure

The Coriander Property Group consists of two Dutch holding companies, Coriander Holding BV – indirect owner of the Dutch portfolio – and Coriander Holding (2002) BV, indirect owner of all German real estate. Every object or group of similar objects is owned by an independent company. This provides investors with the greatest possible flexibility in sales negotiations.
