The Company

The Coriander Property Group is an investors’ group that has specialized in the acquisition of real estate in strategically favourable inner-city and urban locations, both in the Netherlands and Germany. The company’s head office is situated in Harlem in the Netherlands, with a German branch office in Frankfurt am Main.

In the Dutch market, the Coriander Property Group has been operating since 1996 and today disposes of a real estate property of around 100 million euros. Its portfolio is mixed and consists of commercial properties, retail spaces, office buildings, shopping centres and residential objects.

The Coriander Property Group concentrates on developable sites and invests in urban areas that show clear improvement potential. Taking into account local economic and trading conditions, and in cooperation with city administrations and city marketing, locally coordinated development and revitalization concepts are applied to create a sustained surplus value (Integrative Property Development).
